Official Names

August 23rd, 2021 by David

I am in the process of changing my name. In PA I can’t do it because here you can’t get a name change if you are a felon. Also the court I was told to call about it had an official hang up on me, it just isn’t easy to do and I am suspicious of this government. But other states might be more welcoming, so I intend to take a namecation to Washington for a change… I want to make sure I do all the things that I can only do with a typical name before I make this change, but … I do want to make the change. Because names are so central it has become a top priority… So across the continent I will go… For freedom in old US you sometimes need to travel to more fortunate states. In New America these freedoms would be assumed…

For some reason I feel it necessary to go by my legal name instead of asking for nickname status with people. It is weird because I don’t feel the need to honor most of archaic America. New America would have two free name changes for every adult to access and the name could be approached by therapizers and therapees during the free Therapization that would direct people’s energies towards solving human problems. New America would pay therapees for their thoughts, time and efforts rather than charging them while exposing them to the hierarchy of traditional psychology.

I don’t blog here often, but I enjoy it when people check out the good work Anton has done here and I’m honored with people’s attention. It’ll be a while till I return, but perhaps I’ll return with a fresh name and some new content in my list of valuable ideas. So, take care, practice your hunimals and alphasongs and make sure to health yourself and others… 🙂

Thank you for the compliment. I’m working on getting the emails functional but there is something wrong…

Your thoughts on name changing are very interesting, but they cannot likely be realized because since 1936 the social security administration has identified every American with a social security number. In fact, the government has kept track of individuals more or less since the censuses of the late 1700s. But keep this in mind, even if you could change your name legally and the system was geared to provide you with as much anonymity as possible, I think modern data mining would make anyone really powerful to be able to locate you easily.
